While the majority of orders are delivered within 3 – 5 days, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delivery can be delayed due to inclement weather, or high order volumes.
At Otte Foods, we love happy customers. In the event an item(s) you order is damaged (meaning the product is not usable) or spoiled during transit or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing, and we’ll make it right.
In order to offer low prices, we are unable to cover shipping costs to return unwanted merchandise.
Perishable items, personal care items and final sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
If you do order chocolate products, we will ship them to you, but we are unable to guarantee there will be no melting of the products. Be careful when ordering chocolate items during hotter months as you may face the possibility of receiving a melted product. We would be unable to issue a refund for any melted chocolate products.
